EXECUTIVE KNOWLEDGE

Internal knowledge

On Organisation

  • Must understand the structure of an organisation.

  • Know all the functions and how these are carried out.

  • Know how the organisation flows internally and how the organisation generates external flows

  • Know the product of the organisation and the sub products below it.

Finance and Treasury

Know the laws of finance and understand how organisations are invested into, how investments must perform and how to drive investments to satisfy investors.

Leadership

Know his staff, understand them and the laws of personnel management.

External Knowledge

Markets

  • Recognise and Understand his markets and the laws of economics.

  • Know how to reach the publics in his market, his customer, client, be an effective communicator and understand the laws of marketing.

  • Have working knowledge on existing media platforms, how to reach and communicate to people via those platforms.

The executive must know his product, the nature of organisations and ultimately, he must know people. The billionaires of the world are reading, studying and always playing catch up, the world is moving, developing, evolving and changing. Knowledge and education are finite items only for a day. With all the information and randomity that exists, it’s essential for an executive to know the underlying laws that govern and determine the outcome of organisations.

LEADERSHIP

Leadership

The first issue of leadership is understanding what it is, why it exists and how it must be wielded for not only the benefit of the company and its directives but for the workforce too which, in turn, benefits the leader and company further.

Xecology’s objective is utilise the powerful too of leadership to bring about unity, vision, allegiance, co-operation, co-ordination, understanding and excellence in executive and company performance.

Control, Power and Influence

How does the executive generate power, influence and gain control of the inherent power in the organisation?

How does the executive maintain the generation of control and influence?

Nothing ever stays the same and personalities coming up against new personalities, new scenes, new commercial challenges, is faced by the need to find new solutions, new approaches, with new messages and each time, at a new point in the companies juncture.

So whilst changes impact any leader and those impacts also change, the laws of leadership remain the same and a leader must never lost their focus on those laws.

Executive Stability

The executive, the leader, the most challenged or relied upon individual in an organisation; is sought and looked up to for answers, solutions, inspiration, direction, strategy, micro investment and personal, or departmental assistance.

The leader, on the other hand, seeks the support of his executives, managers, officers, the client and even the public. For the leader survives never on his or her but as the pinnacle or centre point of a greater whole. The flows of power and energy are interchangeable with the leader; the leader must receive and give power.

Whilst there are ways to run an organisation, which a leader must know in order to serve the company, its clients and its workforce, they, in turn, must understand the nature and Anatomy of an organisation in order to know HOW to flow power to the leader and how to protect that power because making the leader powerful, helps to have that power returned to the company, followed by its executives, officers and even clients, customers.
