Xecology Service Agreements and Mandates
The Service Agreement and Mandates for business services; these documents establishment the foundation, terms and expectations for the delivery of Xecology's bespoke Management Consulting services.
The Service is the implementation and dissemination of knowledge, the resolution of confusion and mystery, the programming towards greater potential, delivered through direct communication and with assured understanding.

Service with Leadership
Service with leadership is advising our client what must be done and getting the task executed and completed. We don’t work on speculation or on the premise that we will wait for the client to direct us; instead, we are empathic in our communications and convictions; we are specific, though still presenting options to clients in order to allow the exercising of choice and responsibility to make the ultimate determinations relating to the organisation.
Our service allows the CEO, entrepreneur and Director to exercise their their dream, focus on creating new goals and operate exterior from the mechanical and tactical level of the business. We keep the clients attention facing outward, upwards and their thinking to remain strategic.

Our service agreements protect the clients interest and also ours, as the programs and training we deliver is confidential and for the purpose of enhancing the entity receiving the technology.
PRIVATE CLIENTS
The Client Selection
Client selection is the process applied as assurance that Xecology maintains it's high standards in ethics, integrity and service, ensuring that it is not accepting a client that is in direct competition with another client. We ensure that agreements held with clients and the services provided do not bring about a conflict of interest or an unfair advantage to a client. Due to the nature of consulting and exposure to client privileged information; privacy and security of data is of upmost and primary importance. We uphold levels of security to guard client's intellectual properties and strategies; we do not share data with third parties or reveal the identity of our clients or details of the service we provided them.
Clients are also screened to ensure an alignment to high ethical standards, with respect to purposes, scope, goals and ownership of responsibility. Whilst we maintain the view that change and diversification is possible, we also consider the client's willingness towards achieving high standards of integrity and responsibility, in order to achieve maximum, sustainable profitability, allowing our management systems to be fully effective in bringing about greater success potential for the client.
Our target clients can include energy companies, innovators, transportation, distribution, travel, finance, banking, governments, manufacturers, miners and health organisations.
