The verification of successful Program Target completion is through Xecology Consultants who also conduct Program Supervision through Program reports and evidence. Programs are executed by the corporate client and verified by Xecology Consultants.

The final assurance is determined by results from performance measurement which would be expected to demonstrate that program execution was successful and that the intended result; the major target of the program; is in place. Quality performance, production volumes and efficiency will be expected to be up.
