Relations between clients and Xecology are supported and held by a shared purpose to build, revive and expand organisations to greater levels of potential, survival, viability and profits. This is made possible through the establishment of an open, two way communication line, for the opportunity to communicate updates, queries, ideas, concerns, to co-ordinate the actions to take and the resolutions to execute.

Consulting Rates, Package Costs and Commissions Rates
Price per hour, available in 12.5 hour packages, £250 per hour, total for 12.5 hours; £3125. Ad hoc, no minimum; £385 per hour.

Xy prices represent a level of exchange where the intention is to deliver an impact on potential, to generate direct performance results and possibly a paradigm shift for the recipient section of your organisation.

The existence of our client relations start with an agreement and understanding; we’re an organisation under obligations of confidentiality and secure our boundaries of privacy but we are nevertheless an organisation that states from the outset our terms of exchange of service, including performance and ethics standards.
We’re interested in the development of organisations over the long term and look for prospective clients with which we can share purpose, tenacity for their goals, targets and visions. In more simpler terms, we’re the developers and builders or organisations. Thus, the subject of client relations is not just an avenue for the benefit of the client but an opportunity for us to identify corporations where we see the potential impact we can generate and fulfil our own purpose as an organisation.

These methods are built around the structure and systems already in place with the client, as well as the absolute and immediate needs. Our execution is never about Xecology but the goal of the clients and resolutions required to address barriers that slow and impede progress, development and expansion.
Our client relations division is your direct opportunity to express immediate and specific situations which require attention now; whatever procedure and format is the best to address the scene will be used. During program execution; regular consultations are held to approve solutions to resolve and complete pre-approved program targets as well as to deliver reports on progress. Outside of consultations, clients have direct access by email and direct phone lines.

Information about complaints
Xecology develops and maintains written in-house procedures for dealing with complaints and dispute resolution. A copy of these procedures are available to clients and consumers.
